Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Video Interview
In stage one of the process, you will be invited to a Teams meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the role in more detail. This will be a conversational style interview where we will discuss your career to date, the relevance of your experience in relation to the role and most importantly, your enthusiasm for joining the Disturbia team.
- Stage 2
In Person Interview
You've made it to the second stage in our hiring process, congratulations!
During this second and final stage, you will be invited to attend an in person interview in our HQ in Cramlington with the hiring manager and team director.
As preparation for this stage, you will be asked to complete a short task and we will ask you competency questions which align to our company values.

Hooray - you've impressed us throughout the hiring process and we've offered you the role. We'll send you a written offer letter and begin to discuss your onboarding with Disturbia.
