Stage 1

Applied

Great, you've applied for a role at Disturbia. The hiring team will review your application and we'll be in touch to share feedback and potential next steps.
Stage 2

Teams Interview

In stage one of the process, you will be invited to a Teams meeting with the hiring manager to discuss the role in more detail. This will be a conversational style interview where we will discuss your career to date, the relevance of your experience in relation to the role and most importantly, your enthusiasm for joining the Disturbia team. 
Stage 3

In Person Interview

You've made it to the second stage in our hiring process, congratulations!

During this second and final stage, you will be invited to attend an in person interview in our London office with the hiring manager and team director. This stage will include a short task and some values based competency questions. 
Stage 4

Hired

Hooray - you've impressed us throughout the hiring process and we've offered you the role. We'll send you a written offer letter and begin to discuss your onboarding with Disturbia.
