Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Phone Interview
Once we've reviewed your application, if you are successful, you'll be invited to Stage 1. This will be a 30 minute phone call meeting with Bryony. our People & Culture Manager, who will ask you some top line questions about your interest in the role, as well as some practical questions like your notice period and salary expectations.
- Stage 2
2nd Stage Interview
After our People & Culture team has had a chat with you, if we feel there is a good fit, we'll invite you to the second stage. This will be a one hour video call with the hiring manager. This will be a conversational style interview. Here, we'll ask as you about your past experience and relevant experience to the role and find out why you would like to join the Disturbia team.
- Stage 3
In Person Interview
Great, you've made it to the final stage in our hiring process. Stage 3 will be a formal interview. We'll invite you to our London offices and ask you to complete a presentation (don't worry, you'll be sent this in advance).
After the presentation, we will ask you some competency questions around our values and behaviors. We'll be sure to leave plenty of time at the end for your questions. Best of luck!
